KNEC to hire 286,000 officers for KCSE & KCPE Exams

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced plans to hire 286,000 officers to supervise KCPE and KCSE examinations in March 2021.

According to the body, the hiring exercise is expected to be completed by end of February which will see around 286,901 field officers including supervisors and invigilators expected to be contracted for the  2020 national exams.

“The field officers contracted for the administration of exams will be expected to register online using the contracted professional CP2 system by February 25,” KNEC said in a statement.

KCPE is set to commence on Monday, March 22 and end on Wednesday, March 24. KCSE candidates will undergo their rehearsals on March 25 before sitting their written exams from March 26 to April 21.
