In a bold move seeking to take on the popular video app TikTok, Netflix has added a “Fast Laughs” feature to its iPhone app.
The new feature, rolled out on Wednesday seeks to serve up comic clips by allowing users to scroll through clips after clips.
The Fast Laughs tab added to the mobile app shows funny snippets from movies, sitcoms, comedy routines, and television shows, according to Netflix.
The feature seeks to attract fans from popular TikTok as it capitalizes on the trend targetting users who enjoy short clip videos.
Fast Laughs is available for iOS users in select countries including the US, Canada and Australia.
