Smartphone maker, Vivo has announced plans to expand its operations in the Kenyan market as it looks to tap on Kenya’s expanding middle class who have a high smartphone purchasing power.

The move by the global tech company with the launch of its regional offices in the Kenyan capital will enable the country to continue enjoying the benefits of foreign investment that include job creation, new technology and foreign exchange earnings.

Vivo Brand will be launched alongside its flagship mid-range smartphone which possesses the world’s first 32MP Dual Pop-Up elevating front cameras.

Building on the success of the wildly popular V15 and NEX in markets across Asia which has propelled its return to the world’s top 5 smartphone makers, according to IDC, Vivo is continuing its mission to bring innovative and stylish products to more consumers around the world.
