Ex-Google Execs Launches NeevaAI an AI-Powered Search Engine

California-based search engine company – Neeva, has launched a new feature that leverages the power of generative AI to enhance search results.

The new tool, called Neeva Generative AI search, uses machine learning algorithms to provide more personalized and accurate search results for users.

The Neeva Generative AI search goes beyond traditional search algorithms, which rely on keywords and other simple indicators to provide relevant search results. Instead, it uses machine learning to understand the context of a search query and generate results that match the user’s intent.

This means that users can get more relevant and accurate search results, even if they don’t use the exact words or phrases that are commonly associated with the topic they’re searching for. For example, if someone searches for “best vegan restaurants,” the Neeva Generative AI search might provide results for restaurants that serve vegan cuisine, even if the search query didn’t include the word “vegan.”

According to Neeva, the Generative AI search feature also provides a more private search experience. It doesn’t track user data, so users can search without worrying about their search history being recorded or used for advertising purposes.

The new feature is available to Neeva subscribers, who pay a monthly fee to access ad-free search results. Neeva was founded by two former Google executives, Sridhar Ramaswamy and Vivek Raghunathan, and launched in 2021 with the goal of providing a more private and personalized search experience.

Neeva’s Generative AI search is the latest example of how machine learning and AI are being used to improve search results and enhance the user experience.

As the technology continues to evolve, it’s likely that we’ll see more companies adopt similar approaches to search in the future.
