Bringing together 10,000 programmers and developers from various international technology companies, the GITEX 2022, a forum for programmers and developers in the Middle East, is set to kick off in October.
The Middle East region’s most significant and largest technology event, GITEX Global is all set to be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 10 to 14 October 2022.
Being held across 26 exhibition halls with a total area of two million square feet, the GITEX Global event is expected to host around 4,500 companies from around the world, and more than 100,000 visitors from 170 countries are anticipated to attend this mega event.
Participants attending the GITEX 2022 event are advised to stay in hotels near the Dubai World Trade Centre area to avoid crowds and reach the destination on time. However, since the mega event is anticipated to be attended by a record number of participants, the hotels in Dubai are expected to be packed.
In a situation like this, attendees who are bound to stay outside the Emirate, including in Abu Dhabi hotels or in Sharjah hotels can also reach the GITEX Global event comfortably as Dubai is connected to neighbouring emirates via an outstanding highway system.
The exhibition will feature 1,400 new exhibitors from international companies and startups showcasing applications in the metaverse, artificial intelligence, web 3.0, blockchain, 6th-generation communications, cloud computing, financial technology, and big data.
Moreover, this mega event will host a new global group of exhibitors from countries including, Cyprus, Ethiopia, the European Union, Kuwait, Uganda, Turkey, the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Nigeria, Turkey, Brazil, and others.
Some of the activities of GITEX 3.0 includes Global Dive Slam, X-Verse, Ai Everything, North Star Dubai (previously known as GITEX Future Stars), Fintech Surge, Future Blockchain Summit, and Marketing Mania.
Furthermore, witnessing the participation of 250 government entities and 800-plus start-ups, the GITEX Global event will also allow the sharing of ideas, inspirational visions and outstanding knowledge through a program of conferences covering 14 areas.
