How to add children to your NHIF Card

You can easily add your dependant i.e children by presenting the following documents to the nearest NHIF branch or Huduma Centre.

How to add a child to NHIF card

1. Visit your nearest NHIF Branch or Huduma Centre
2. Carry a Copy of Birth Certificates (or birth notification for children below 6 months)
3. Copy of your ID

You can add more than one child provided you can verify that they are yours by providing their birth certificate(s).
