1. Go to MPesa Menu
2. Select pay bill from your MPesa
3. Enter Nairobi Water Paybill Number 444400
4. Input the bill account number
5. Enter the amount you wish to pay
6. Key in your MPesa Pin
7. Confirm all details are correct and press Ok
8. You will receive a confirmation message from MPesa confirming the payment
