- Go to MPesa Menu
- Select pay bill from your MPesa
- Enter Nairobi Water Paybill Number 444400
- Input the bill account number
- Enter the amount you wish to pay
- Key in your MPesa Pin
- Confirm all details are correct and press Ok
- You will receive a confirmation message from MPesa confirming the payment
