How to recover your KRA Password
- Visit the KRA iTax Web Portal
- Input Your KRA PIN Number In the PIN/User ID area
- Once you have entered your KRA PIN, proceed to the next step
- Click On Forgot Password/Unlock Account
- Solve the Arithmetic Question provided and click submit
- You will then receive your KRA password sent to your iTax Registered Email Address
- Now you can log in to your KRA Portal
