Step 1: Dial *811#

Step 2: Select Manage Tunes
Once you have dialed *811#, you will be prompted to select “manage tunes” from the menu options. This will allow you to view all of the SKIZA tunes that are currently active on your phone and choose which ones you would like to delete.

If you prefer, you can also unsubscribe from a SKIZA tune by sending an SMS to 811. Simply text “DELETE” followed by the SKIZA code of the tune you wish to unsubscribe from.
