The system is built to bring regular goods at low prices allowing urban customers to buy goods for delivery to people in the rural areas.
The system allows customers can send foodstuffs, household, construction, electronics & farm feeds to rural areas delivered between 2 to 4 days to Central, Eastern, Nyanza and Western Kenya and some regions in the rift valley.

Currently, Copia only accepts M-Pesa payment. When users place their order, they receive a pop-up message on their phones with the amount of the order. All you need to do is put in your PIN and the payment happens automatically.
